The purchaser of this vacation package is entitled to the vacation that is described on this website. First Class Vacations, Inc. (FCV) offers this vacation package at substantially below actual retail value in order to gain word of mouth advertising for the resorts/hotels. FCV hotel accommodations are guaranteed to be at a 3 star rated resort/hotel or higher. When your reservations are confirmed, you will be mailed a written confirmation with your directions and check-in times. Upon check-in at the Welcome Center and at the resorts/hotels, your written confirmation and two forms of identification (Driver's license and major credit card) must be presented upon check-in as a matter of hotel policy. The purchaser is also required to provide the resorts/hotels, cruise line, and car rental agency an imprint of a major credit card to cover the cost of incidental charges. Transportatio n to and from the destinations, resorts/hotels/ports, tours; meals (with the exception of an all-inclusive cruise); hotel taxes, gratuities and incidentals such as telephone calls are not included. On the cruise portion meals are included however alcohol, gambling, and gratuities are not included. Hotel room taxes run approximately $6.00 to $12.00 per night. At least one member of the traveling party must be at least 21 years old. This vacation is fully transferable to another party that meets the qualifications.

The purchaser may not utilize more than one offer for the same destination within any consecutive 12-month period. First Class Vacations, Inc, its agents or assignees, act only as an agent for the resorts/hotels, cruise lines, airlines, car rental companies, attractions and all other services supplied as part of this vacation package and will not assume any responsibility for any loss, expense, cancellation costs, inconvenience, delays, accidents, acts of terrorism, injuries or damage to persons or property, or any liability whatsoever arising from or in conjunction with services provided or cancellations due to nature, mechanical breakdown, strikes, or acts of God. All operators, including air carriers, resort s/hotels, cruise lines, car rental companies and attractions mentioned are independent co ntract suppliers each of which has obligations toward and limitations in respect to liability to the purchaser directly.
